SW11 – Battersea Tenants – Timber Sash Windows

We had the pleasure of working together with BTC (Battersea Tenants Co-operative) for their windows and doors complete replacement. BTC is a Tenant / Residents Management Organisation (TMO/ RMO) set up under ‘Right to Manage’ legislation. There are many TMOs in London and particularly in Wandsworth. Battersea Tenants has been developed by residents with the support of the Borough of Wandsworth to take over the management of the estate in 1990.

This project consists of all new bespoke timber sash windows, some of which single and some in a bay. The glass used was all high spec Double Glazing and locks all secured by design accredited.
